Summer 2017 Counselor In Training (CIT) Program
Our Counselor in Training Program (C.I.T.) is open to students entering 7th to 10th grade. The program is designed to give hands on training to adolescents who are looking to be future Summer Camp Counselors, whether here at Community Education or at another camp setting. C.I.T.s will be involved in Team-building Challenges, Camp Basics Workshops, Group Assignments, CPR and First Aid Certification, ALL CAMP Activities, Activity Specialist Assistant, and More...
The Counselor in Training (C.I.T.) program is broken up into two, one week sections, A and B. Both sections must be completed before becoming a certified C.I.T., but sections can be taken in any order. Those individuals who have completed both Sections A & B of the C.I.T. Program may register for the Jr. Staff Program. Jr. Staff registrants may sign up for any amount of weeks regardless of section.
Applicants to the C.I.T. or Jr. Staff Program must submit a letter of interest, resume of activities, and three letters of recommendation to the Westborough Community Education office located in the Westborough High School or email Brian Bacon at firstname.lastname@example.org.

If you were a C.I.T. or Jr. Staff during 2014 you must apply again with an updated resume, but references are on file so there is no need to submit again.
